JKF Scholarship Awards 2017

The Jomo Kenyatta Foundation held their 2017 Scholarship Award ceremony at the JKF grounds on 1 st February 2017. The ceremony was presided over by the Ministry of Education Director General of Education, Ms. Leah Rotichi

JKF gives scholarships worth 28 million

The 124 students who qualified for the JKF scholarship award were presented with a cheque worth Ksh. 28 Million. The funds will go towards catering for their school fees for 4 years in secondary school.

Mrs. Rotich urged the students to work hard in school and maintain discipline because education changes lives for the better.

She lauded JKF for its good work in provision of scholarships to bright but needy children from all over the country.
