JKF-trained counsellors, experts, alumni and partners take the scholarship beneficiaries through school-based and group mentoring sessions. These offer the latter opportunity to individually and collectively acquaint themselves with critical issues like educational and personal goals, hygiene, relationships, careers, drug and substance abuse, youth and teen leadership, and environmental conservation. Consequently, there is enhanced retention and transition.
